Managing Your Course Attendance

We’ve integrated the SEAtS app to enhance attendance tracking in our classes, with the goal of improving your overall learning experience.

You can conveniently track your attendance in two ways: by installing a mobile application or using a web browser for registration.

To log in to SEAts via a web browser, simply visit https://bsg.seats.cloud/, and enter your Oxford username and password.

The SEAtS Mobile app is compatible with both iOS and Android devices. We strongly advise you to download it in advance of your classes to ensure it’s ready for immediate use.

To download:

After downloading the app, simply log in using your Oxford SSO username and password.

Setting up the Mobile application

Step 1: Open the “App Store” on your iOS device.
Step 2: In the App Store’s search bar, type “SEAtS 2024” and tap “Search.”
Step 3: In the search results, find the SEAtS Mobile app and tap on it.
Step 4: Tap the “Get” button next to the app’s icon to initiate the download and installation.
Step 5: Once the app is downloaded and installed, tap “Open” to launch the application.

Step 6: Click “Continue” to accept and allow the application to proceed.

Step 7: You will be prompted to enter your Oxford username with the suffix OX.AC.UK. For example, if your username is “clme0190,” you would enter it as “bsog0190@OX.AC.UK.”

Step 8: Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the login process. This typically includes entering your password.

Step 9: For added security, you may be required to verify your access with Multi-factor Authentication (MFA). Follow the MFA prompts to complete the verification process. This step helps ensure the security of your account.

Step 10: Once you’ve successfully logged in and completed the MFA process, you’ll have access to the SEAtS Mobile app. You can now use it for attendance tracking and other related functions.

That’s it! You’ve now successfully installed, logged in, and are ready to use the SEAtS Mobile app on your iOS device.
